If you enter the incorrect password too many times incorrectly when you are attempting to log in, the security system will automatically block your IP address. If you are in an office where everyone shares the same IP, you will lock out everyone using that IP.
Support can unblock your IP address if you provide it via email/ticket (email support@namieasysite.com)

Normally we only need the IPv4 IP address, but will let you know if we need the IPv6.
