Change Data Columns for Entries

You can change which data columns appear for the entries when you view them in a list. Click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of the list view. Use the red and blue arrows to move fields from Active to Inactive. Once you activate a new column, then you can sort by that field by clicking on its label at the top of the list.
