We recently had an incident of indecent content showing up on multiple affiliates websites. The source of the problem was an article that had been shared by a number of affiliates that contained a bad, outdated link had been redirected to an offensive website.
So here is a reminder that it is important to test links in the items that you share and especially those that you post to your website. There are a number of websites that you can use to check links without needing to open them. Here are a few: Norton SafeWeb, URLVOID, and Scanurl.
