Sometimes when exporting a PDF from a Word document, the hyperlinks you had embedded in Word don't work in the PDF you upload to your website. The reason is that Word doesn't default to creating the hyperlinks in the PDF. You need to select the 'Best for electronic distribution and accessibility' option when saving the PDF before uploading.
