Add a new Form

Below is an example of how to create a new Form, in this case, a class interest list for a waitlisted event. After clicking "New Form" from the Dashboard Forms section, give your new Form a title and description if you want. The next screen you will see is below - Gravity Forms plugin has step by step instructions for building a form using the field types you see on the right hand side.




Often for class related forms you want to have name, email, and home address information for possible new attendees. These specialized fields are under "Advanced Fields" menu. Drag the Name field to the open box at the top of the page.


 



Each field has settings that you can change. Below is the Address field as an example.





You can also change the settings for which email address receives the Form notifications.
